As someone who’s endlessly drawn to rainforests and natural, grounding scents, Tarkine feels like coming home. This is easily my favourite yet!! From the first wear it wraps me in this feeling of walking beneath a dense canopy after rain, light filtering through leaves, the air warm and alive ahhhhhhhhhhh. The opening has a gentle brightness from the red berry and nutmeg, but it never feels sharp… instead, it melts quickly into velvety woods and a beautiful warmth.
I feel like I will reach for Tarkine most during the warmer months, it seems to breathe and evolve beautifully on skin in this Australian summer. In cooler weather, Ember Haze, but I’m excited to start playing around with layering the two. Vahy perfumes are my favourite scent, thank you for your incredible products and the sensory experience that comes with them.
